Dearest friends, we wanted to make this Christmas special and make you feel our love again this year. This is why we have created exclusively for our brand Ambassador, a Limited Edition Dinner Box with which to prepare a truly unique dish. Inside you will find the brand new Paccherini with mango and pumpkin, a pecorino cream, cocoa powder, salted almonds, and our precious Intosso. Chef Massimiliano Cappucci has interpreted these ingredients in this way. Now it's your turn to have fun in the kitchen!
Ingredients
Included in the box:
- Paccherini Zucca e Mango (Pumpkin and Mango)
- Pecorino Cream
- Extra virgin olive oil - Intosso
- Toasted and salted almonds
- Raw cocoa powder
Fresh ingredients:
- 1 Fresh Mango
- 1 Fresh spring onion
Preparation
Start by preparing your fresh mango purée: Simmer mango flesh with the spring onion over low heat, then blend together for a smooth purée.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water. Place the Parmesan cream in a pan and let it warm up. Drain the Paccherini al dente, toss in the cream adding a drizzle of Intosso Evo oil.
Prepare your serving plates (possibly flat).
Lay some fresh mango purée on the plate together with the Parmesan cream, place 6/7 (suggested serving size) Paccherini on top, sprinkle with toasted almonds and cocoa powder. A drizzle of olive oil and the dish is ready...
